Biography
Dr. Maiyon Park received her Ph.D degree in Biological Science from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. She completed her postdoctoral training as HHMI research associate at the Pharmacology Department at the University of Washington Medical School. Dr. Park joined John C Edwards School of Medicine, Marshall University as an assistant professor where she served as principal investigator as a member of the NIH COBRE (Centers Of Biomedical Research Excellence) grant awardee. In 2012, Dr. Park moved to Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of Pikeville, where she matured as an instructor in medical pathophysiology and researcher in pancreatic cancer.
